im going to guess that your 360 doesn't have the prossecing power to make the lights blink, but yeah your 360's dead and you'll have to send it away to M$ for repairs
Im still playing it but i just want to know if it is a different cause if the red lights blink or not blink.

I dont exactly know the answer to your question but I bet I know where to find it. Remember that book that came with the system, the ''owner's manual,'' or something of the sort. Crack that bad boy open and somewhere within its text riddled pages should be the answer to your question.

^ Lmao...Try pushing your power cord in fully because on some of them it kinda' comes out a bit and the console then starts to blink and stays off instead of turning on. Don't just sent it off until you check what's up or you might lose some money for nothing.I'm sure you can find an online manual of some sort or something as well or check some google answers.

doesnt four mean the 360 is dead. Anyway i got the three during a game and turned if off, turned it back on and it worked fine. never seen any unblinking lights
