Games that cause 360 freezing...

Hello all, I have noticed that with some games my 360 will freeze after a couple hours of play but with others it never does. So far my 360 has froze when playing call of juarez and oblivion for more than 2-3 hours. Is it games or is it overheating that cause this ?Games that cause 360 freezing...
Btw, the 360 is about a year and 2 months old and past its warranty :(.Games that cause 360 freezing...

But once you start the game you can re-download it. It is good if you buy a lot of games, but don't play them anymore, because you don't exactly need an update on your HDD for... say, PDZ, right?
