I honestly love Gears of War. I know it has a lame backstory and repetative multiplayer but thats the game that my friends and I can play and all have a great time. I also love Shadowrun.Upcoming will have to be The Darkness, Halo 3, and Mass Effect.

Honestly my fav is GeoW. But honestly, Oblivion sold the console to me. I dont have the game (getting it soon) but man When I borrowed it from my friend I was immediately immersed in the most amazing experience in video gaming EVER!
