I have two accounts on my xbox. I bought a couple games when I first got my 360 and then made my new one with the majority of my GP. I played the older XBLA games on account 2 before and received some achievements. Today I went to play some Geo Wars and noticed I only had the trial version when I knew I had purchased it on account 1. Does anyone know why I can't play the games on my new account when I could in the past? This boggles my mind...I think I may call Xbox tomorrow if I cant get an answer. THIS IS DUMB!!!! XBLA related!
No Idea, call MicrosoftTHIS IS DUMB!!!! XBLA related!
Ummm well I'm not exactly sure, but if you bring over your hard-drive to a friends you can't play your arcade games unless your on Xbox Live. Very stupid, and I hate it. I just got my Elite and I have to have it connected to XBL just to play them. Just a way of Microsoft's practices. I however don't know how that whole account one or two thing works, but you'd think it work since its on the original system.
I recently had my xbox fixed, and well, I guess it was unrepairable. When they sent me a new xbox I put my hdd on it which had all of my arcade games on it. But when I checked to see if I still had them, I found that they had been all turned into trials. I e mailed microsoft, but they wouldnt give me a refund. Its ridiculous. Im out 50 dollars for something that is not my fault. So, I feel for ya man.

it is linked to the account and not the system. Your old account bought it.
