Ben Q, heatsink and smaller GPU.

Is there any word or rumor regarding when any of these things will be instituted en masse for the 360? I have been hearing that the extra fan was only being installed on repaired 360s, or that the new 62nm GPU would make them obsolete. And what's going on with these Ben Q DVD drives? Have these become the norm on new systems? I know that they had begun to be installed in November of last year on some systems, and that they are supposedly in most Elites, but have they become common in any of the three types of systems? Anyone got some knowledge they might share?
