Just call 1800 4myxbox, and they will take care of everything. I had to call them because the premium I sold my friend got the redlights. I called them and they sent me a box. After they send you a box you just put your 360 in it and go to a ups store to ship it out. Its pretty simple, and the shipping is free, which is another cool thing.
