buy or not to buy xbox 360

hi i need a little help and guidance my uncle thinks i should buy xbox 360 and i do want to buy it as well but i want to know is it worth it one of the reasons i posted this topic on the 360 forums is because want some feedback from xbox owners to tell me anything i need to know about the system. i think its time for me to buy a next gen consolethanks please respondbuy or not to buy xbox 360

So buy a Best Buy warranty. ;)Over 100 games to choose from including the best game out for the 360.... GRAW 2!! :DBuy the 360.

Buy it - there are a few bad games, but a ton of amazing games. One of the best consoles of all time.
Honestly, the 360 is the best gaming experience I have ever had. Sure there are a few hardware problems here and there, but chances are yuo wont even need the warranty (though I still suggest it). The games are awesome, the graphics are awesome but most of all the Xbox Live is just amazingly fun. So if you can get Xbox Live the 360 is a must. If you can't, youre still in luck because more singleplayer-based games are coming out now like Mass Effect, Project Sylpheed,Too Human, Two Worlds,Blue Dragon, Halo 3, Lost Oddysey plus whats already out like Oblivion and Armored Core 4. So much variety and fun, YOU MUST BUY A XBOX 360!on a side note, I also own a wii, and while its really fun, right now I don't suggest buying it because there are only a few worthy titles in my opinion (Zelda, Paper Mario etc) but as the year goes buy games like Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3 will be out so if your thinking of a wii, get it later. Oh and if you wait, by the time you get it the wii will probably have alot of games online connected (it doesn't even have one as of now).Buy 360~

Buy it. Great games, great online, great future games, great downloadable stuff. Make sure you get a solid warranty though.
I know this has already been said... but listen... get a 360, but wherever you get it, make sure you spend a little extra money on the replacement plan/warranty (preferrably the best buy replacement plan)... And since the 360 has been out so long, the great games that have been out for awhile, are very affordable. Yeah, Oblivion is still $60, and I think Gears is like $55, but games like GRAW, Fight Night Round 3 are Platinum Hits so they are $30. But what you need to be thinking about is getting an Elite, a Pro, or a Core.

oh yeah i forgot Xbox live is something i will miss never have i expirenced an online gaming community so dope and just dope man. if you do end up getting a 360 u need to get xbox live gold, the system would be nothing without it!
I own a 360 and a PS3. Right now, I have about 12 360 games that are awesome and play them all the time. On the other hand, I have Resistance and The Show for the PS3. They are both fun games but it is mostly used as a Blu-Ray player. This summer and the future looks a lot brighter for the 360. Not to mention, I have owned my 360 since launch with ZERO problems. It has a great lineup of games (both currently out and coming in the near future), it has great hardware, and it has the BEST online service on any platform out there.

Definitely buy a 360...I love it. Even though I've gone through 4 of them, it's still so much fun. The whole 360 was worth it just by Gears of War and Guitar Hero II. I've had so much fun with those games, among others.
yeah same here man,i love the 360 i got it right after launch and i have never had any problems that couldnt be fixed by hitting restart. however i cant deny that the ps3 is getting some awesome exclusives, and the TC not owning a next gen console yet, should really consider who will have a better year next year as far as games go, cuz if the 360 is thorowing down the halo bomb this fall so early in the consoles life, what do u have to look forward to next year?
