people who bought theirs from Walmart complained about the same thing. Just exchange it.
I found the book very boring and of no use whats so ever .... but hey you paid for it!!!
as a collector i would be pissed if you bought it brand new. def take it back.

wth brand new game(sealed in plastic) with no book ive never heard of that but yeah take it back
I bought my copy the other day from Best Buy. NO BOOK! I figured they all came like that. I never read the manuals and I'm not gonna resell it so who cares.
