Hmmm...I got am ok-ish HDTV for ?50. It's not the best, but it does what it says on the tin.
I'd for for PC monitor. Make sure it's nice and big though :DImportant Question...
If its HDTV's ur lookin for then i can recommend Mitsubishi and Olevia. if u want a good quality monitor for cheap then i say go with ViewSonic or Dell.
Well I use my PC monitor through a VGA cable and it looks better than my friend's HDTV from some company I never heard of.
Envision HD tv's come in 27'' 599$ canadian and 32'' 699$ at future shop. I have a 42'' sony and 42'' LG HDTV and a 27'' Envision and the envisions picture quality is right up there with the name brands. Especially with the Xbox 360 the picture quality is perfect. The only thing with the envision is the sound quality isn't as great as the name brands, but the quality is still good. Short on cash the Envision HD tv is a perfect choice.
Thanks for the advice so far guys but when I say ''cheap, small HDTVs'' I'm talkin like 19'' and in the $200-$350 range. I can't really afford anything bigger or more expensive, same goes for the monitor. THe only difference between the two I guess is that I can get an 19''Insignia HDTV(never heard of it before) for about $250 or I could get a 19''Samsung for about $200 or so. I'm just not sure if I would get a better lokking picture on the Insignia or the Samsung.
bump
your best bet is to wait it out and save up money rather then getting somthing in the 19'' range. That is just my opinion though
